My name is Natalia Porys. I am an enthusiastic architect and designer from Cracow, Poland, who has a strong passion for all things creative.

I am a dynamic and ambicious architect with 6 year experience in various projects involving single-family houses, multi-family developments and commercial developments. 

​

I have excellent computer and technical abilities with advanced knowledge of Archicad, Artlantis, Adobe Photoshop and Corel software. I have strong problem solving skills that enable me to complete every project accurately and to the highest standard possible. Having excellent interpersonal skills and possibility to function well as a team member or as a leader. My verbal communication skills and positive attitude make me an effective communicator with all clients I work with.

 

I have graduated  at the Cracow University of Technology, Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning with titles Engineer Architect ( [PL] Inżynier Architekt ) and Master of Architecture. (RIBA titles: Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture).

During my degree I successfully combined my studies with work and other commitments showing myself to be self-motivated, organized and capable of working under pressure.

 

In addition to the knowledge I've obtained from my education, my experience has provided me with an excellent background in the practical aspects of architecture and designing process.

During my professional career I have worked as an architect’s assistant and afterwards as a Junior Architect and Brand Manage and also as Senior Architect's assistant & BIM modeller.

 

COMPETENCIES as an Junior Architect:

KEY ROLE:

• preparing conceptual designs, layouts and presentation drawings,

• building ArchiCAD drawings based on information provided by customers and assisting in the coordination of plans and designs.

• Preparing project visualizations in Artlantis Studio with post-pro in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw and Adobe Lightroom

WORK FLOW:

• supporting and assisting lead architect in all phases of a major project,

• performing an array of administrative duties related to architectural construction projects such as code and zoning research,

• preplanning all the details regarding to required materials of a particular design

 

COMPETENCIES as a Brand Manager:

• achieving a strong, visible social media presence and developing concepts with viral potential. Continuously monitoring online public relations and ensure the success of client programs

• Measuring the effectiveness and reach of any existing social media campaigns,

• creating project themes,

• engaging with consumers online to drive and lead conversations,

• monitoring project budget,

• reviewing contractor payments and utility bills,

• Branding of design office (including business cards, website, brand accessories ect.)

 

COMPETENCIES as a Senior Architect's assistant & BIM modeller:

•  modelling elements and developing sheets according to project under engeneers 

        guidence

•  project creative presentation - visualizing and creating project presentation layouts 

       and schemes

• keeping abreast of the development of projects, structures and legal aspects 

      construction and design

• creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using 

      specialist computer-aided design (BIM) applications

• adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may 

      arise during construction

• working and maintaining internal BIM standards

• researching products, materials, buildings as directed
