The project was carried out in collaboration with the Budinwest Enterprice and Studio Zebrra.

Second stage of the Osiedle Zamkowe investment consisting of the reconstruction of the existing one-story office building with a pitched roof, for a building with flat roof consisting three separate residential units first and second on the ground and first floor and one duplex apartament.

According to the recommendations of the investor, the changes were limited to the removing of a pitched roof, 

the superstructure of the existing building, elevation changes conforming building to the first stage of the investment and dividing the building for housing units without changing wrap 

construction inside the building.
